　　Allthestepstheyorderlytake；butwiththehighlogicofneverconfoundingtheminorandmajorproposition；keepingtheireyeontheiraim，inallthecomplicityanddelayincidenttotheseveralseriesofmeanstheyemploy。Thereisroomintheirmindsforthisvandthat，——ascienceofdegrees。Inthecourts，theindependenceofthejudgesandtheloyaltyofthesuitorsareequallyexcellent。
