  Oneconclusionmay,atleast,berestedin:aman’struesuccessmustnotbeestimatedbythingsdone,whichhadtheirpriceintheworld;butbythatwhichtheworld’scoarsethumbandfingerfailedtoplumb;byhisimmatureinstinctsandunsurepurposeswhichweighednotashisworkintheworld’sestimation,yetwenttowardmakingupthemainamountofhisrealworth;
  bythoughtswhichcouldnotbecontainedinnarrowacts,byfancieswhichwouldnotsubmittothebondsoflanguage;
  byallthathestrivedafterandcouldnotattain,byallthatwasignoredbymenwithonlyfiniteandrealizableaims:suchareGod’sstandardsofhisworth。
