  heisscarcelyeverindulgedwithone,foritissovaluableafruit;withalittleassistance,andoursissucharemarkablylarge,fairsort,thatwhatwithearlytartsandpreserves,mycookcontrivestogetthemall。“
  Mrs。Norris,whohadbeguntoredden,wasappeased;
  and,foralittlewhile,othersubjectstookplaceoftheimprovementsofSotherton。Dr。GrantandMrs。Norriswereseldomgoodfriends;theiracquaintancehadbegunindilapidations,andtheirhabitsweretotallydissimilar。
