  Eachheadmanofthevillagestowhomtheorderistransmittedmustfurnishfromfivetotwentyorthirtymen,accordingtotheproportionthathispeoplebeartotheentirepopulationofthedistrict。
  Forthisaccommodationthetradermustpayataxtothegovernmentof1000reis,oraboutthreeshillingsperloadcarried。
