  ThesightseemedtomaddenLaban,whorushedforwardtotearherfromhisarms,andintheattemptjostledhisHighness。Thecaptainofthesoldiers——hewasanofficerofPharaoh’sbodyguard——liftedhisswordinafuryandstruckLabansuchablowupontheheadwiththeflatofthebladethathefelluponhisfaceandlaytheregroaning。
  “AwaywiththatHebrewdogandscourgehim!“criedthecaptain。“IstheroyalbloodofEgypttobehandledbysuchashe?“
  Soldierssprangforwardtodohisbidding,butSetisaidquietly:
